Sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout. From there you can see your orders and, where available, change, pause, skip or cancel your subscription.
By email
You can also write to support@tryveldessia.shop with your order number and tell us what you would like to change or cancel. We will confirm by email.
A cancellation stops future orders. Orders that have already been charged or shipped are covered by our refund policy.
